    It’s okay just when I try to watch second episode on maxton hall it’s always something like error or please try again it’s really annoying other than that great

    Update: 9/2024 Really lame that it doesn’t remember where you are at. It starts the episode over and you have to rewatch ads just to get back where you were at. Horrible search features, no way to save while browsing, Freevee free movies don’t come up in amazon prime search results as option.

    I downloaded this app and logged in to Amazon, then the app said “oops” and that it had run into an error. I’m not sure if this is a localized issue or not, but I made several variations in my methods to make it work (it continued to say oops without even getting to the main page). Even tried the ‘use without log in’ button and got the same result. My connections are fine and correct so I’m assuming it is an issue within the app?

    I was excited to see that the 2012 crime drama, “Safe House”, starring Ryan Reynolds and Denzel Washington was available (via IMDB) on FreeVee. I did a search for “Safe House” on the app and none of the screen grabs for the three matches showed Ryan Reynolds or Denzel Washington. I was confused. The first match showed Patrick Stewart and Kimberly Williams (1998 movie with same title) but the description was for the 2012 movie. I played the movie and the opening credits confirmed the problem. The 1998 movie “Safe House” was uploaded into the 2012 movie “Safe House” spot. The 2012 movie doesn’t actually exists on FreeVee. I did searches for Ryan Reynolds and Denzel. Washington and only the 1998 movie appears in the search results.

    This could be a lot better minus the ads for Fan Duel every 5 minutes and now that Amazon has changed the banner before each show plays - we all know it’s ad supported tv shows but did you really have to force it down our throats AGAIN in each show? I didn’t know Amazon takes a gamble on us watching gambling ads. I’m losing interest in Amazon even though they do business in the US, how come we can’t speak to customer service in the US and always seem to get agents in the Phillipines? They’re agents when you call for support and don’t get anywhere with them always hang up on you. Taking my purchasing power elsewhere. I don’t support Amazon when they have so few products from the US - it’s almost like shopping Temu or Wish.com and their products are bottom shelf quality.

    I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling this app 3 times now since the initial download attempting to use it. Each time I try signing in using my Amazon info and I get a mess saying “something went wrong” with a blank background page and no way to do anything further. No buttons to press, no response by swiping the screen, no back button or refresh options… nothing. Just a blank page telling me “something went wrong”. 👎🏼
