The most basic things she does not understand. Like “don’t give me weather updates” yet every morning after I tell her to turn off my alarm she goes on and on about the weather

Is the point of the app to get me to stop using Alexa. Least user friendly app I have on my phone. If I didn’t have to buy new smart devices to switch to something else these things would already be in a landfill. This app was simple to use before. Now it’s impossible to find anything in it.

Echo appears to be set up. When asked to play Christmas carols it announces Christmas carols on Amazon and then falls silent. Nothing plays Apple is so so much easiest

This last update took away many of the direct home page devices. I have many kinds linked to my Alexa, and now I can’t find any of the ones I needed for today., which is I became aware of it. There used to be a “devices” on home page that I could scroll through and get to whichever device I wanted to take action on. I can’t find any of my cameras, echoes, or any other light but one in my app-chosen “favorites.” Also, with Audible being an Amazon service, not having that integrate directly into my Alexa or Amazon app to play where I left off is ridiculous. I’m using up my paid Audible credits now so I can cancel my membership- this is a blaring lack of cohesion I’ve been asking about for almost two years. It’s, frankly, an expensive membership (more than ANY video streaming services?!) and it’s a bear to use.
