They will give you good route to make you believe it good for the value. Make a couple of mistakes and the system will mess with your mood. It’s pointless driver support.

As a full time Amazon DSP driver, this is the most frustrating app I’ve used in my entire life. Almost every update ends up messing something else up. Latest update took away the most BASIC of navigation app features, preventing the phone from autolocking. Nope, now you have to tap your phone every 30-60 seconds. Which when you have an AI camera watching your every move in the van, not great. ALSO, now the address doesn’t show up in bigger numbers and letters when you get close to a stop, it just gives you the street name and only the address at the very top in the smallest font possible. Like knowing what side of the street your next stop is on? Well, can’t have that anymore either because NOW it just pins the next stop in the middle of the street. Super helpful. I would say it’s always one step forward, 2 back, but there’s almost never a step forward in any updates, it’s just a gamble of if you will be forced to take 2 steps back or all 3. Did some executives nephew who said he was “really good with computers” get the lead developer job? These are ALWAYS things that, with even just a few day beta test by a handful of full time drivers, could and SHOULD be caught before it goes out the door, or at least gives a hotfix within a day or two.

The rules are such that if you drive according to the rules on the roads, you always receive a warning that you are late for orders.

Finally got accepted after two years just for the app not to work.
  • Nobody worries about bugs

New update new bugs. Decline, map and etc doesn’t work. It’s not a smart decision to hide the stop number behind unnecessary info like the number of packages. This once again proves how disconnected the people writing the code are from actual delivery, and that no one is properly testing it.
  • Flex Gone AWOL

I’ve been a loyal Amazon Flex driver with a Level 3 rating and a fantastic standing, but lately, the app has turned into a digital ghost town. It’s like I showed up for a buffet and the only thing left is the napkins—no offers, no preferred blocks, nothing. Just endless refreshing and the sound of crickets. Support has been about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine—lots of words, zero solutions. And let’s not forget the bots. They’re still out there, snatching up blocks like they’re on a shopping spree, while the rest of us are left staring at our screens like contestants on a prank show. Amazon Flex used to be a solid gig, but now it’s a masterclass in frustration. At this point, it’s a comedy—except the only thing laughing is the bot that took my block!

Impossible to catch the block. I've sitting long time tapping refresh button. As soon as I see any block I tap schedule button immediately. Every single time it says someone already scheduled this block. It happens even at late night. Because bots don't sleep.
