I pay over $100 per year for Prime and I can’t even select a song I want to hear and listen to it? Give me a break!!!

    I depend on Amazon Music
  • Too much

They’re pushing the paid version too much because every time I log on, they’re making me offer. How do I turn it off?
  • Constant nag to upgrade

Update: Still constant prompts to upgrade to unlimited are extremely frustrating. It feels like every other day there’s a full-screen ad pushing the upgrade, and it happens across all my devices. It’s intrusive and honestly a major turn-off.
  • Decent but crashes all the time

I’m able to listen to what I want to but it is constantly crashing. Made sure everything was updated but it still does it. Every time I pause, I have to reopen the app and restart everything.
  • Commercials

This used to be nice to listen to, but all these commercials have messed it up, so I generally listen to a different station
  • Constantly changing type of music

You ask for certain songs and they play them for a short time then they switch you to some dreadful song that someone probably paid them to feature. For example, I want to listen to the album Godsoell and they switch to the balcony song from Evita. Really? The algorithm wouldn’t choose another Stephen Schwartz song or some religious Broadway like Jesus Christ Superstar? I’m constantly having to switch channels.
  • Same old music
