    THE ARROW KEYS DO NOT WORK !!! You are 99% the way there, finish the last 1% so we can actually use the client. People NEED arrow keys. Period. You can clearly see comments with the SAME complaint. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT

  • AWS app is NO longer working on iPads

    AWS (Amazon Workspace) was working perfectly fine for nearly 8 months for me on both my desktop and iPad until the 2023 new year. There had been an update pushed and now only my desktop version from different computers are working and no longer my iPads. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on two different iPads (of different models) and still not launching from the iPads only. This is a huge disappointment being it was so convenient on these little things. I get that same error, “we’re unable to establish a connection to the authentication server. Please ensure you can connect to the internet and try logging in again.” I just want to know what changed and how can I regain access on my iPad? Help please!!!

    In theory it’s a great application. However, having used multiple bluetooth and hardwired keyboards, the keyboard support is just…lacking. As at least one other user has noted, arrow keys don’t work. The delete/backspace key doesn’t work. Since the only thing I can’t do on my iPad is write code in a desktop environment…those two sets of buttons are kind of important. Trackpad/mouse support is meh. Usually works, almost always either way to sensitive or not sensitive enough. This app is an embarrassment to Amazon.

    I really need this app to work, but the whole amazon workspaces offering seems barely capable. The client on Mac and iOS connecting to Linux workspaces is just terrible. I have not tried Windows. Right now it is only useful for an emergency when every little annoying thing is less annoying than driving home. Do better, Amazon. This is a paid product.

    Cannot use arrow keys, cannot map windows key. Unusable app that could make working from iPad so much easier. Take some pointers from Microsoft RD app.
