    This app is a joke, its constantly loading no matter what network or where i am and its always logging me out and then asking to verify as if it’s some kind of financial institution, you sell chicken. Completely uneccessary and extremely frustrating. It happens to me literally everytime and i cant even order over the phone because that doesnt exist here anymore.

    This is a staple to go food place for us. Food always great. Easy pick up from the car. Good choices for whatever mood we are in. All around good business.

    So I ordered at 12:55. Had to park and wait around. They couldn’t find my order and I just got it at 1:40 pm. It’s a cluster since it’s no longer inside seating and not a real drive through

    Die-hard CCC customer here, and they have really blown it with the app, which is so much harder to use than the old web-based flow. Please at least restore feature parity because in the meantime it’s hard to get an order through.
