So, don’t know how much of the problem is the app or the store but, don’t see the point to the app. There have been times where I order ahead, and get to the store for it not to be ready. Multiple times. It’s been better to just go to the drive thru. And it’s not like I’m building up points or even have deal on the app. Maybe for big orders.

This app is terrible. Can't order anything through it for pick up. Always get a dining guid error. Can't use any of the coupons they give

You’re app says “When order pick up Would you like to pay inside with cashier” Yes…”No card on file to pay with the App” 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️😂. Don’t give the option to pay inside with cashier if the app won’t let you pay cashier inside and requests card payment on the app. Thanks. Luis S.

Took me an hour to make an order after they asked me for every single scrap of Info from me less my SSN before I could order a taco. Probabky selling customer info.
