I was prompted to re-sign in and all of my historical orders were erased
App Update causing issues

Log in using apple is not re-connecting to the old account which was logged in same way. Lost all history of old account. Reset password does not work with email. Would not let me order ahead with the ‘new’ account logged in with Apple ID. Don’t know how to resolve this and find my old account details.
Update is problematic

After the new update of the app on April 3rd 2024 things have become a hassle to do in the app. It’s been a headache to even just make a simple order ahead on the app because it doesn’t register or recognize my card, when before the update everything was smooth. I’ll say get back to the old version of the app so things won’t be an unpleasant experience!

I've been to CleanJuice in person and ordered on the app, and I'm very pleased with both! The food is organic and nutritious - so good for you. So nice to see young families in there as well, so children are getting great things in their bodies.

When you enter into a food item and try to X back out, the X button doesn’t work. It takes forever, and then all of a sudden it finally does work. There’s nothing else going on with my phone so I know this has to be an app issue.
