    App used to work well, however the order ahead feature has stopped working. Gives an error during payment processing. Tried multiple cards and got the same result.

    Any time I try to order ahead the totals on the coffee are zero and when I hit place order it says I haven’t selected the right options on my drinks even though I completed every selection and then it clears my cart and gives me an error message. Very frustrating, and tbh if It doesn’t let me order online and there’s no drive thru, I won’t be going. Losing money by not fixing this.

    I was waiting outside for 15 min in the cold because the app told me my drink was still being prepared when it was sitting there ready for who knows how long…

    App worked great for 2 years, now just stopped working. No updates available, the app loads and the page is blank. Even after deleting. Love the coffee shop, but much less likely to go without the order ahead option

    All the time I add drink to cart and it shows 0.00 and I can’t check out. It is very frustrating when you’re rushing in the morning. I have to restart the app and do it again.

    The app doesn’t allow you to create an account. It doesn’t work with phone and/or email. There is no forgot password link...needs an update.

    There seems to be a problem with ordering on the app for the original Bell Ave. location. It works well and fast for the new Lovers Lane location though!

  • Won’t accept payment card

    Love the place, would love to use the app but it won’t allow me to add a payment card. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling several times without success.
