Kyle’s burgers is definitely the best burger place in town. I love the fresh buns and delicious salads. (I recommend Thai Peanut!) Been going here since they opened and it has just gotten better. Super easy last minute dinner or lunch and nice cause (they donate thousands to organizations helping people with special needs)

I don’t like that a tip is required when ordering on line

Tip should be o Tip should be optional and not added automatically without me knowing especially when you do a pick up order.

Can’t use Axxess card.

I’ve been trying to use two kyles gift cards on the website and app but there’s no slot to put them in. And before that I wasn’t able to sign in to my account on the kyles app. It kept bringing me to the register page but I have an account already. This is sad as I very much like kyles.

Really good experience, app works smoothly and nice Apple Pay integration etc. Super useful!

Placed an order for pickup at the chapala location and customer service was very nice and easy! Will definitely be returning when I’m in the area again!
