    Ordered the quick accept card reader and it has been nothing but a headache since I started my small business. It absolutely will not connect to Bluetooth. I’ve always loved chase but this app & the card reader is a flop. Horrible customer service, nobody listens. I’m disappointed bc I really wanted to use chase for my card reader. Will be going elsewhere for card reader services.

    This is the message that appears every time I try to login with my credentials. I have a business total checking account with QuickAccept enabled and I think I will benefit a lot from what the app can do. I’ve use it in the past on android devices and it’s good. I think it’s a great addition to iOS but please make it work.
