    Every single month whenever I log in I have to change my password. EVERY MONTH! I’ve gotten to the point where I just do my business over the phone. What is the point of having an app when you can’t fix something as simple as remembering a password?

    I have spent HOURS dealing with the incompetence of Chase’s representatives all the way up to the executive offices. Chase erroneously closed my IHG travel credit card account I had for years. No warning. It was their error. They misplaced some E- compliance forms and just closed my account without warning. Then, to fix it, had me go into the bank and spend hours. They still didn’t get it right. Completely their fault. Since customer service and the FHL representatives were SO INCREDIBLY incompetent, I was sent to the “ EXECUTIVE OFFICE team. They couldn’t find a way to reopen my account or issue me a new card, so now I am forced to travel the next few weeks without all the points and perks I have earned over the years with IHG because they accidentally closed my account. I knew that I was in trouble when I can hear crying babies in the background when talking to representatives. This is costing me thousands of dollars. I HATE CHASE! Closing all my accounts. F* CHASE!

    Chase app works well. Never had a problem with Chase. But the preapproved offers need to be removed. I finally decided to pull the trigger on a preapproved CC offer and they tried to ping my credit. I keep my credit frozen for security so of course it failed. If I hadn’t, it would have pulled a hard inquiry and dropped my score from 819 down to around 800. They can see my bank account, Sapphire card (which has an insane limit and that I pay it off every two weeks), my credit score within THEIR credit monitoring app, and extremely low debt. No reason they couldn’t approve the card without a hard pull on credit. Preapproved offers are misleading and inaccurate.

    Today it added the check number to the account number when trying to make a mobile check deposit. We can get high resolution pictures fromarsbut an app can't get the routing and check numbers right. Numbers that have been used since at least the 1950s.
