I like it’s my favorite bank
  • Widget

    By Cameron Shimizu
I switched from a Capital One credit card to Chase because their perks were the same with a few more perks on Chase’s side. My only problem is the app does not have a widget for iPhone. Capital One’s mobile app had a widget that allowed me to see my current balance really quick. It kept me in the habit of paying it off weekly. When I switched to Chase, I forget about my balance because its not immediately accessible (I have to open the app). If Chase could develop a widget similar to Capital One, it’d be 5/5 stars.
  • Travel booking is glitchy and non-intuitive

    By LorSing
I use a lot of travel apps and for some reason I’m consistently frustrated with this interface. I get kicked out and have to restart my searches, the search features are non-intuitive. With so many good platforms how can this one be so user unfriendly? Most recently, I need a o book 2 hotel rooms but it only lets me book one at a time. Every other platform gives me that option right up front.
  • Botched First Republic items

    By Why44not
Almost seven years after I retired three checking accounts for a former First Republic client suddenly appeared on my Chase app. I did have a LPOA on those accounts at First Republic but not on the new Chase accounts. Removing these from my Chase app has required nearly six weeks of effort with no success so far. One partial solution to my problem which would be helpful to others is to hide accounts that you don’t want to see on the app. In my case that would shield my former client’s personal transactions from me as we try to remove the old LPOA.
  • Payee list missing

    By Doozie bots
Been back and forth to the branch because when I tried to access my payee list to pay some bills, every single payee was missing from my account. I tried to access through the app on my iPad and keep receiving messages to insert a code and password. After multiple attempts I am asked for another code. If this is not rectified before tonight I am going into the branch and closing out all my accounts and will open accounts at Citibank. It’s obvious your technical department is incapable of fixing this problem.
  • Check clearance

    By Allowed.3241
A complicated problem with my account happened and it didn’t occur to me that I was the one who didn’t cash a check from Ovaton Apartments. The reason why my claim for $92.53 came back was caused by this error. So, in order for me to process this transaction was to ask for my money back in person. Thank goodness Jack Ingrahm had the patience to explain this in order to keep his existing clients.

I am so glad to be chase bank user
