    Please, consider open this up to chase private client too! I have both chase private client and business account.. It would be nice to have use a dedicated app to each one account! JP Morgan app to my private client account. Regular chase app to my business

    Says to use the chase mobile app. I was using the J.P. Morgan for my personal banking and the chase for my business. Guess I can’t do that anymore. How annoying. Horrible. Never even told customers this was happening.

    This app is making great progress thanks for adding since my original review years ago: 1.) Credit Journey 2.) Credit card reward offers 3.) View into external accounts. 4.) Making this app the authenticator for web logins. 5.) Identity Alerting and Monitoring 6.) Budget tracking like Mint. 7.) Fixing alert count craziness. However, to really be 5 stars, this app still needs: 1.) iOS Home screen widgets - think Total Assets and Credit Card Balance widgets (see Mint or Copilot) 2.) Dark Mode - come on already!!! 3.) Apple Wallet integration for all credit card transactions, not just Apple Pay ones (See AMEX on how they get this right) 4.) Ability to see scheduled bills in a calendar view. (See PNC’s money bar)

    APP tells me to use Chase APP instead! This States it is for J.P. Morgan Customers. And Chase tech support said Chase Customers could use it too. My signon worked, but it then said use Chase APP instead and signed me out! We have one Family iPad that we want two APPs on from (Chase/J.P. Morgan). So we can pay our Credit cards monthly WITHOUT using a LESS SECURE BROWSER to use website. We both have Chase Visas using our own SSN’s. One of us has Retirement with J.P.. Our Banking is Chase. Chase Tech says we can only use one APP per Device from (Chase/J.P.Morgan). Hello? What Century are they in ? They allow us to have multiple accounts, multiple credit cards, multiple loans, BUT Only one APP per Our device? Hello CEO Jamie? Jamie please come back to Chicago and get our Midwestern Common Sense and take some back to New York and your I.T. Rule Makers. Please Jamie, you didn’t lose your Chicago Common Sense Logic! If you have to Move Corporate to Chicago! We Love ❤️to have all of you come before New York is swallowed up by the rising Oceans.

    I downloaded the app to my iPhone 13 from the app store. I tried to log in and it told me I needed to download and use… the same app I’m trying to log into. Lest you think I’m another daft idiot with no clue- I’m a former loan officer/banker who is currently a web developer. There is something buggy going on here. I deleted it, cleared it out, downloaded again and same issue. I can log in on desktop so it isn’t my credentials- its the app. If you need a better QA engineer - let me know. I log on the desktop tomorrow and make the change needed but this was a wasted 15 minutes of my life.
  • Fix bank transfers - you keep covering the note line

    I’ve been using this app for a while and it’s usually really good. I’ve reported this issue to the banking team months ago. When trying to perform a bank transfer sometimes the notes line is covered up by the keyboard and you can’t type without it being covered. Please fix!
  • The app don’t even work

    When ever I try to sign in it says, “ Please use the Chase Mobile app on your iPhone to access your accounts For help downloading the app, visit —- or call us at -/—-/-.” My dad has did that already. What a wast of time. I called and couldn’t help. I’ll try tomorrow once again.

    Latest update doesn’t let me deposit checks. Crashes every time it takes a photo. Rebooted phone, deleted and reinstalled app, installed iOS 15, and then tried it on my iPad. Nothing helped. Definitely some qc issues, guys.
