  • Trillion $ Company Worse Than Dropbox

Title says it all. Trillion $ company has a massively worse file sharing platform than Dropbox. The amount of times I have issues syncing information properly ruins my work.

My files and folders will not update on my computer. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing multiple times and it'll sync once then never again, and I cannot figure out how I'm supposed to open the actual OneDrive app to force it to sync or change any other settings.
  • Please go back to the old version...

While we all know the old version had issues, the new symlink version out today is just garbage. Countless reinstalls on multiple macs and if you just want to back up your files that are downloaed from the cloud locally, GOOD LUCK, can't happen.
  • Useful and yet even worse on Mac than Windows, and Windows version was always unstable...

Having experience on both Mac and Windows, the Windows version was never very stable to begin with and the Mac version is worse. OneDrive as a concept is great and is valuable to my business and my wife's business, but if there was any other choice out there but Microsoft, we would have left a long time ago for it. We are sticking to Microsoft Offive 365 and OneDrive because we have to, not because we want to.
  • WPS Office保存的文档不能同步到onedrive

    只要是wps编辑过的文档,包括doc/docx、xls/xlsx、ppt/pptx等,如果直接保存到onedrive本地目录,就无法同步上传到云端。
  • No issues on MBA M2

March 2024: I am a long time user of OD (OneDrive) and it works perfectly on our Surface Laptops with W10 and W11 OS, but as users have commented here, and based on the low reviews, I can say that the OD app on my MBA (MacBook Air) M2 does not give me the confidence compared to using my Surface w W11. Just like MS365 apps: Excel, Word, etc seem to be dated versions compared to using them on W11, so my guess with OD is that MS is saving the best functionality and smoothness for W11 devices not Mac. At the end of the day, it sounds like a MS and Apple business issue.
