I actually hate this app. It’s very intrusive and I can’t get it out of my settings or cloud. How do I get this off of my phone completely

Your latest update is a disaster. Login into remote PC from iPhone. Try amd zoom in: picture jumps back to original small size. Repeated trying to zoom in makes image jitter/flicker and once you lift your fingers it is back to the original small size again. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!

If it works on other people’s computers, it doesn’t work on mine:(
  • Name change is arbitrary and confusing

I use this app regularly to remote into my computers, and for that it works great. I’m really not a fan of the name change though. It automatically updated and then I couldn’t find it easily- we went from something which does what it says on the tin and is easily searchable to about the most generic possible name. Good luck googling answers to “windows app connection issues” instead of “Remote Desktop connection issues”. Windows app is way too generic and not searchable when downloading or looking for support.
  • Windows on I Pad

This app works well. My I Pad is my primary device for personal computing, but there are times I need Windows. There are two Windows servers in the house and I use this app to connect to both. The app connects reliably, it is easy to use, it is unobtrusive. It is really perfect for what it does.

  • MS naming strikes again

Microsoft continues its uncanny ability to pick the worst names possible for its products, and then confuse everyone by assigning them to multiple products and continually changing names. Good luck finding help for anything on affected products.

Now randomly the keyboard button vanishes and im left with no way to type on the remote client. Worked for years and now it doesnt. Time to go back to VNC
