Not happy with Outlook 365 Personal account. Not easy to use. None of the AI fix advice for my Windows desktop worked. Waiting on Chat hold for 47 minutes! Not enough help. Today the Chat Help switched me back to the older version outlook and I am getting my emails. I was told Engineers are working on problems that I mentioned. I am more hopeful. Please Note: However, Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot does work on my Apple devices. I am thankful for that.

The app does not work properly and consistently freezes. I thought it would be combined with the Microsoft Office app and connect. Completely useless and overpriced.

I used to use this app occasionally for my university projects. Not that I used it much and suddenly one day my account got locked idk why? They say because of unusual activity when I only used it for making university projects. I didn't do anything that would lead to locking my account. I tried to recover my account through confirmation and in the last stage it says try other methods. And when I put my phone number they don't send me any codes saying try other methods!!I contacted them through email they replied me once now they are silent. I really need this app but my account is locked. I tried to open another account with my other gmail but it doesn't work either. At the last stage they say something went wrong.

Microsoft seems to have no respect for the way I want to organize my files. My main problem with the app is that my files in one drive are buried under menus. My own files should be the first thing I see when I open the app. When I get to page where I see my files Microsoft like to just randomly add their own folders to the mix. The app doesn’t fell like a place that is mine. Instead it is full of weird irrelevant things Microsoft wants me to do for some unknown reason. The whole app feels like a big advertisement.
