  • GA4 is useless

    I suppose companies with dedicated analytics teams may like GA4. For the rest of us — which are the majority of users — it does not provide the info we need to evaluate our site performance, both in the present and retrospectively. It’s ridiculous that Google preaches the importance of making sites useful and helpful to visitors then pumps out this garbage.

  • Lack of Widgets is a deal breaker

    This amazing app doesn’t work with the new trash GA4. It’s total garbage. I’m sorry we have to find alternatives, we heard biwik is great alternative.

    You’re not alone. Uninstalled until Google fixes this. Super disappointing for a company with Google’s extensive resources and their aggressive push to shove everyone out of the UA nest.

    Opened app, had two old accounts logged in somehow 1. Login with new account 2. Old account’s data still shows on Dashboard 3. Click on old account you don’t have access too 4. Get stuck at page with button that says switch account, that button doesn’t do anything

    GA4 is a total joke. No worthwhile info, or if it’s buried in there somewhere good luck finding it. Bring back the old Universal Analytics, literally NO ONE wants this new junk. My days with GA are over, I NEED to see my daily page views by page, I don’t know why they don’t have a way to see that on GA4. Time to find another analytics tracker.

    The data you default to today is inaccurate. If you rely on today's data versus last week's data, it will give you inaccurate numbers until the following day. This app was used numerous times daily for Universal, now for GA4 for my purposes there is very little if any value.

    Bring back the old analytics! This new version is pure crap. It keeps me having to go back to the home page for each report and start over. Don’t fix what isn’t broken and force us to use this. This is just ridiculous.
