    I did believe that. Until recently it seems they have been falling off. Has anyone else noticed this or is just me? Its bad enough fees are out of hand!! Now horrible customer service as a cherry on top? Well not that our opinion matters anyway. Thanks for screwing the mass majority of Americans DoorDash .

    They deactivated my account over a misdemeanor that happened over 6 years ago when I paid everything that i needed to pay, and won’t reactivate my account because of it, also Uber has hired me and I was gonna work at papa John’s they wanted to bottle me and they even won’t tell you why they deactivated you just a list of the possible reasons and i submitted appeals to explain my misdemeanor situation and how I paid all my dues so im giving one star done with door dash

    Dashers regularly argue with me and are flat rude about following basic delivery instructions, like bringing the food to the door. I am paying you for a DELIVERY so I should not have to go anywhere to retrieve the food. Customer service is horrible. Your order didn’t arrive after 1.5 hours? Sorry about it. Here’s a refund. You’re still hungry hours later, but here’s your money back, and that’s all you get. Good luck finding food now that everything is closed. They are truly awful. Do not use Door Dash.

    You can’t rate your delivery driver, or give any positive feedback, and I find that deplorable when deliveries are assigned based on good ratings from customers. Another way delivery apps screw their drivers out of anything and everything they can, even “rewards” the delivery companies themselves said they would give the drivers.

  • Long waits and cold food

    I used DoorDash for 3-4 years and I the only way I’ll ever even consider it now is if there’s the option for priority delivery. It shouldn’t be this way but drivers are allowed to pick up more than one order and they don’t notify you when your order was picked up when they’re doing that so you can’t tell how long it’s been sitting in someone’s car. Unless you pay an extra 2.99 your order will be delivered 2nd, take much longer and likely be cold by the time you get it. Sometimes there isn’t an option for priority and then there’s no way of knowing you’ll be 2nd until the order has already been placed and you see the dasher delivering to someone else. They also adjust the time it will take to deliver after you place the order, so I might have picked a certain restaurant because I could get my food in 30 minutes but after placing the order they update the timeframe to 45+ minutes.

    My last couple of orders were missing things like fries a drink whatever I let it go but last night was the last straw, my apple pie was missing. So I called DoorDash today and the lady I spoke to was very rude as if I was lying about a Apple pie! I let her know that it has happened before and I made complaints through the app. Long story short the dashers are taking your food and doing god knows what to it before you get it🤢 and after today I will not be using DoorDash again.

    Would love to choose which location near me to order from. There are 2 Dunkin’s practically the same distance from where I order from and one is always good and the other is always out of product and their quality is terrible. Would love to choose which store to avoid mess ups
