    I’ve used this app for so many things. Food delivery, food pick up, and also for flower delivery. There has been too many times when the ball has been dropped. The customer support is often unhelpful. The drivers are so inconsistent, and careless. There are those who do a better job. However they are the minority. With all that being said, it is still helpful in a pinch. When you’re sick, or have guests over and don’t want to leave the gathering. So I’ll continue using it. But don’t expect the world. The human element still remains.

    Service fee will be more than the items I’m getting and bring the price way more than it needs to be. I’ll be getting free “delivery” but it still doesn’t make a difference

  • Express- No Accountability

    I paid $2.99 for the “express delivery” option, which guaranteed a delivery time of 13-18 minutes. Unfortunately, my meal arrived after 35 minutes. My main concern is that DoorDash does not offer support or refunds for express delivery fees when the service is delayed. This makes the express option feel misleading, as customers are charged extra without accountability for delays. I would advise others to reconsider paying for the express option unless there are improvements to the service or clearer refund policies in place.

    Customer service is awful. I understand mistakes are made but no offer for re delivery or offering me one tenth of the original cost is unacceptable. Door dash is quick to refund you the drivers tip but with fight tooth and nail to keep their service fee. Very disappointed with this company will not use them going forward. Too many other options out there to have to deal with terrible service.

    I’d love to ask for a feature request… some method like InstaCart’s family share where I could broadcast to my network to have each family member/friend enter their order to see the menu and make their selections from their own phones so I don’t have to pass around mine, often reaching across the room.

    First company needs to do better on who they hire! Multiple times the driver does not know English enough to be able to read street signs and messed up going to the wrong address! The other thing is drivers should never be able to pick up more than one order! Because the driver does not think about the food getting cold by picking up more than one order! They only think about the money then can make! This also makes the restaurant look bad! Door Dash needs to fix this !!

    I am a pretty frequent user of DoorDash- and have had a pretty pleasant expirence up until now. I was given TWO codes to recieve a discount, but of course the order would not go through no matter how much I tried. UNTIL I removed the promotions and was FORCED to pay full price. Quite an upsetting situation, feeling scammed, help.
