    You have to close the app for you to see the updates and is very basic and pointless. Just give me an app that shows orders and total updated sales. Stop with the nonsense

    This is a very bad app I can’t open it in my phone it keeps loading and loading but doesn’t open and I can’t watch the activity in my restaurant, I contacted DoorDash support but with no response from them

    Awful, never had an app like this. Most of the time there’s something wrong and couldn’t open the app. Even though sometimes I successfully opened it, I could only see today and yesterday’s sales, the history sales and other functions NEVER worked, NEVER!!! Not Even Once!

    Stopped working since yesterday. Cannot see my orders anymore. When they charge so much in commission it is a basic common sense to provide good service. Worst app !!

    Tried downloading this and logging in. Got the error message to login with another login, clicked the link to take me back so I can re-enter my login info, and it won’t get me off that error page.

    This is all doesn’t support Apple but works better of android. The people who make this app doesn’t have any hand on experience with the retailers who are using the app the most. They assume everything that is done by them is correct but we retailers are the downfall for it. I rather talk to wall then talking to customer service as they are no help. Case number and no one returns the calls. This is what happens I guess when they take anyone and everyone without experience and let them handle cases. Instead of finding solution they make you go in loops. No point of wasting time as they will not make changes and keep on continuing as they don’t have much to lose. Retailers lose the money for merchandise and when asked to reimburse it’s all kinda of excuses. If they fix the problem initially app won’t be crashing. Their IT team just launches updates without testing their own products. It’s time they replace all the people pretending to work and start hiring people who knows what they are doing. They can learn from their competitors like Uber Eats, GrubHub and many more.

    Go back to previous version. No need to have “active” and “scheduled” in separate tabs. It was fine the way it was. This is an absolute downgrade
