    Easy to use. Would like a place where I could list the things I want to do in the order I want to do them when planning my trip. Or a place where I could take notes for my visit to each park, more than just seeing my reservations.
  • Disney Bus system

    We took a bus from Animal Kingdom to the Lodge at Jambo House for dinner, leaving our car parked at Animal Kingdom parking lot. The television at the bus stop told us when the next bus would come to pick us up. We arrived at the bus stop five minutes before the bus was scheduled to depart. We’ve been here 20 minutes past its scheduled pick up time. The transportation center says they don’t know what happened to the last bus scheduled to come here, but they will not send another bus to pick us up. Now we have to pay someone to pick us up and take us to Animal Kingdom. We will now miss spending our last evening at Magic Kingdom because of this.

    I was told by the Disney reservationists that this is THE App to download and it would give me everything I needed. So I downloaded it but it wouldn’t allow payment for my resort and ticket package. Not can I find any maps of any parks. I called back and another reservationist said I needed the My Disney Experience app. She wasn’t familiar with this one. So I type My Disney Experience in the App Store. And it produces this same App!! It’s not a bad dream. No one at Disney understands the Guest and how many different things Disney provides. It’s really uncoordinated and wastes a lot of time for a Guest.

    I was on the app a couple days ago and was trying purchase the Multi and single passes for the day. But they were not available yet. I went in app just now to purchase them had them both in my cart but when the payment went through said I only purchased the multi LL pass. I opened. Chat with an agent and all she could say was they must have sold out the the process if the payment. Is that not like stealing. I literally had it selected and was buying it. It is not my fault I am in a car driving and good connection goes in and out and buy the time the payment went through it was taken out of my cart. Don’t seem right to me. If we are gonn have a website and the passes are all gone as they get selected if they are in the cart to purchase should not be pulled out. I’m really upset about this. Thanks

    Cant book … code equet says ‘sent’ but i never got t. Tried 3 x then kicked out. Id prefer to book on the telephone.

    Where do I begin? I’m now 74 and worked as a cast member at the Albany NY Disney Store until around 2002 (when my wife passed) and I totally get the concept of “good show”. With that said I will try to keep this short but will most likely be unsuccessful. Princess Jasmine came to our table and I could not help but notice the mannerisms and voice so similar to that of Ariana Grande. I mentioned that to her and here comes the reason for this exemplary review… She did not know who I was speaking of nor did she get my reference to the show Wicked. I, being old 😉, was confused but one of my older granddaughters graciously “nudged” me by saying “Pop, she’s Princess Jasmine”. And that’s when I got it. And when after I asked for her name (not seeing a badge and because I wanted to give her a tremendous shout out) she simply told me she was Princess Jasmine. Good show! Exemplary good show! After she left, I even asked our waitress Krisz (who also was excellent) if it would be possible to see Princess Jasmine again just to take a pic because I had not because I was so distracted by this wonderfulness and, long story short, was afforded the fortunate opportunity to speak with the manager/supervisor/? to express my heartfelt thanks that this young woman had unknowingly made the day of this old man a truly remarkable Disney experience. I sadly do not know her name and perhaps never will but am so thankful and grateful to know that warmth and kindness still exists in this world. Ok, I lied. I tried to keep this short but… Be well.
