    The app freezes anytime I try to do something new. Please fix this already! I keep waiting for a fix that never arrives. But I already have so many books, and I love how my annotations are saved in my Google Drive. It makes writing essays a beautiful process.

    If you want to read the eBook version while listening to the audiobook, this insane app actively prevents you!? Other apps actually look the two functionalities together, where the eBook turns pages and keeps you aligned with the audiobook, but on Google Play, if you start an audiobook, the moment you open the eBook, BAM, it STOPS THE AUDIOBOOK PLAYING!? WHY!?

    Multiple devices have experienced this app crashing constantly. Or instead of opening to the page you left off on, it opens to the last page and won’t let you click on any bookmarks.

    Google play books doesn't work. They say it reads multiple formats and can't read a PDF. Also, when you are in the book, the controls do not appear. Don't waste your time with this app.

    Hi, I love the Google Play books app, but please please please add the"read aloud" feature to iOS so that I don't have to carry two phones everywhere every time I want to switch from reading to listening. Would greatly appreciate this feature on iOS.

    I have no idea why but the mobile app is promoting hardcore erotic heterosexual material. My entire library is like DC comics and tech… I have nothing even closely related. And I’m not straight so it’s def not my search history triggering the algorithm. I then checked via desktop and the recommendations the algorithm is serving me is normal and reflects my history. What on earth is happening in this app?!

    This app seems to allow me to have access to a lot of very nice books, but I can’t figure out how to buy them. Apparently I have to go to the Google App website, but I can’t seem to find that either, and in comparison, the Kindle Reader app on my iPad doesn’t allow me to buy books through it either — although I can download Kindle Unlimited Books through the app, I have to go to the website to actually buy them, so I figured that out, but I can’t figure out this Google Books app website access point ( ? ) I don’t understand why these apps make it so difficult for me to actually buy these books ???

    🗣️SECOND ATTEMPT 📣 This app is still not user friendly compared to the other apps I used like this, adding to library was easy the first time and now it’s not, they fixed the fonts but it’s still inadequate in many aspects.
