I want to start off by saying I know the reasons I was permanently banned, and it is absolutely insidious, inhumane, and flat out unethical that the Match Group refuses to give me, and hundreds of thousands of other lonely and extremely heartbroken customers another chance at finding love on their apps. It is extremely difficult and often feels IMPOSSIBLE to find love and and potentially start a family in my small city of 60,000 people because EVERYONE USES HINGE, TINDER, OR OTHER MATCH GROUP APPS. Why? Just why? Why don’t you want to give us a second chance at finding love? Why don’t you want even MOREA people to speak positively of your company? People are NOT stupid; once someone has been banned, THAT is when they read the T.O.S. and THAT is when they understand. Humane deserve a second chance at finding love; why is your company treating people so inhumane? It is a known fact that 97% of 18-34 year olds DO NOT READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE FOR ANYTHING, INCLUDING DATING APPS. It is also a known fact that 90% of people OF ANY AGE, DO NOT READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE FOR ANYTHING, INCLUDING DATING APPS. STOP PERMANENTLY BANNING YOUR CUSTOMERS WITHOUT A WARNING AND WITHOUT GIVING THEM A CHANCE TO SHOW THEY HAVE LEARNED FROM THEIR MISTAKES. Humans LEARN FROM THEIR MISTAKES and it is absolutely SADISTIC, INSIDIOUS, and UNETHICAL that you do not give your lonely, depressed and extremely heartbroken customers a chance to show that they have learned from from their mistakes. Your company WOULD NOT EXIST without your customers, and this is how you treat them? By permanently banning them with no warning or second chance to show that they now understand the terms of service? The way you treat your customers is absolutely sadistic, insidious, unethical, and flat out inhumane. You permanently ban, with NO EXPLANATION, the very same customers who helped build your company into the monopoly that it is today. People UNDENIABLY UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF SERVICE AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN BANNED, and it is ABSOLUTELY SADISTIC AND INHUMANE that you do not give your customers the benefit of the doubt and a second chance to show that they now understand the terms of service.

I’m not getting any likes. The like I do get are all scammers.

To be honest, this was one of the worst online dating sets I’ve ever been on. Hardly any girls and it definitely needs a revamp. It just looks and feels so outdated.

The population of men on this platform far outnumber the women, making it extremely difficult for a man to even get a response. I’ve heard women brag on receiving 20 to 30 messages a day, whereas a man can send 20 messages and be lucky to get a single response. Your time is better spent in the produce aisle at the local grocery store - the odds are certainly better for men seeking women in that environment.

I was banned, and when I reached out to find out why all I was told is it’s in our terms and conditions! I did all the necessary things and with in minutes of creating an account I was banned before I even matched with anyone! I recommend they learn to reach out about matters to straighten it out! Bc I used match before and I had a longer term relationship from it! So to anyone that tries to use them don’t have a past account even if you deleted that account bc you’ll get banned for creating a new account if you decide to use them again

Paid for the week, and it won’t let me do the verification! So I can’t even use the app. Make sure you verify everything before giving them any money, even if it doesn’t give you the option for verification right away!

Absolutely steals your money. Why would they think it’s even fair to disallow any communication between two publicly viewable profiles? It should only show the profiles of people who are actually able to read and respond to your message. Such a joke. Literally every other dating app is better just for this reason alone.

I get notifications that I have a message. I go check, and there’s no message. This happens all the time!

Still hard to determine whether someone is a match or not… also the “kid” category is hard to decipher. Saying “has children” in one category & “doesn’t want children” in another is awful. Sounds like I don’t want the children I have vs. there being an understanding that I don’t want to have ‘more’ children, but I’m also fine if the person I’m dating has their own children. The second category is not built out well & conflicts with the initial ask.
