    La aplicación tiene cientos de problemas, se queda congelada, no funciona, no te permite aceptar o rechazar órdenes, la más direcciones están confusas, una basura literalmente, necesitan actualizar o no sé qué porque luego te reclaman y no son ellos los que ponen la gasolina

    DoorDash is now purposely having the app. Say they are busy when they are not busy at all. They are doing this to keep drivers out there. Scheduling yourself does not matter with DoorDash anymore. They do not care. They only care about new drivers for the first two months maybe

    If you’re considering using this platform I suggest you don’t. I used it for 2 years, was a top dasher with perfect rating and over 3,000 deliveries. Let me start by saying DoorDash does not care about their drivers in the slightest. They dont appreciate you and you are replaceable. They will shave off tips from your offers and use it for low/no tips on other orders (proven in court). They will lie on your tax forms and to correct it will be nearly impossible. After a while your orders will slowly become more and more scarce. Allowing the algorithm to prioritize new dashers, to keep the cycle going. After 2500 deliveries as a token of appreciation, DoorDash will reward you with a 25% off DoorDash coupon ($15 order limit) LOL. Customer service are unhelpful and useless scripted liars.

    You could definitely take some lessons from Uber. Why isn’t all the information on one screen. If you’re in a bad area it’s very difficult to move to the next screen. The percentage mess is just that MESS. I shouldn’t have basic to pay to deliver someone’s food or get the bottoms of the barrel orders. Not to mention my area is over saturated with drivers. Oh and don’t get me started on double orders. If you accept you only get credit for one order. But if you cancel or decline magically it becomes 2 orders.

    they deactivated my accout for platform abuse i would do 8 hours and make my money they suddenly didnt want me to make money and deactivated my acount this company lost all my respect

    Be careful they will not transfer small amounts of money during the pay day they owed me almost $25 for the next week and 3 months later I have not received it. They show you an amount and says total will be higher and not once have I seen it be higher. Door dash is only good in 2025 if you need a quick 20 dollars no wonder they are always looking for drivers.

    Can we have the app to work with Carplay and/or Android auto? Another suggestion, an option to add any traffic/accidents to show there is a delay. Like someone else mention, a reminder to ask condo owners to add the gate code, it is very frustrating when you arrive to the gate and there is no way to contact the customer to get that code. **** Update What it’s going on with the app… Glitching, laggin… worst update ever. Now my acceptance rate went down because the app suddenly closed and I couldn’t accept the order. Please fix this! Not all of us have a phone that can be updated to ios 18

    As many of yall deliver with apps like this one. This company will deactivate your account and not care if you can feed yourself and kids at all. They will not even have the slightest bit of consideration. You can have a perfect score but if your don’t accept all the dashes that pay only 2 dollars and have to go 6 plus miles.. they will deactivate you account. As well as you will get a warning about it. But here’s the catch. You won’t receive anymore dashes after the warning to be able to bring up the acceptance rate to continue. They wait three days then deactivate your account. DoorDash is terrible in making sure your safe. Get paid and keep able to work.
