Great concept, poor performance, game has a ton of glitches and must be closed and reopened, it is almost as if they forgot to beta test it and we are the testers. If it were not for the glitches it would have gotten 5 stars. I am hoping for a useful update that will fix them

My wife and I downloaded this app started as fun for 3-5 minutes before the gam froze. Fine it happens, but, EVERY time we go on every 3-5 minutes we close and reopen, close and reopen. At a point now to delete app, thanks happy gaming if it stays on.
  • Well crafted but ruined by predatory fees and bullying

I love Star Trek and it’s fun to mix build ships and stations with my favorite characters. However, it is impossible to play unless you are willing to shell out literally hundreds of dollars. If you don’t pay for expensive defenses and extras, you will be fodder for richer, less talented players who will rob you repeatedly. The final straw for me came when seeing hateful and offensive language in a public in-game chat. Concerned, several friends and I reported this. I expected that the developers would help protect the community by at least discouraging players against harassment and hate speech, but the following day, the culprits continued with no sign of stopping. Agree with other comments recommending a subscription service and would caution parents to be careful.
  • Waste of time

PUsed to be a good game but now it’s almost unplayable. Between the bugs in the game and the toxic alliances it’s no longer fun. If you spend enough Scopely will let you do anything . Even when people start quitting bc of bullying it doesn’t matter. You can be one of two things, bully or victim . They say they have rules against it but don’t enforce it. What is fair about a game where a ship at 2 million power gets attack by one that’s 800 million power.
  • Too many technical problems

This game is absolutely full of technical issues. It freezes numerous times for no reason. It cheats you out of rewards you’re supposed to get. You send in complaints and the standard answer is “I forward it the team” no resolutions at all. Save yourself a headache!

  • Latest update stability issues

I’ve been asked to re review a while back. But the most recent update has solidified a 1 star rating. My fault for still playing. Since the latest Voyager update, stability has been a huge issue. The iOS app continuously throws error dialogs about timeouts or bad connectivity. It has been multiple days and there has been no communication from Scopely about the issues. I am not alone in this issue. The bug report forum in discord is a continual stream of similar stability issues. The bad review is due to lack of transparency or updates on the ongoing issues.
  • Fun Game when it isn’t crashing

This game is very fun and requires a lot of skill to manage it all. I really wish the game developers would spend more time of quality assurance and would produce a more stable game. Crashes 15 to 20 times a day easy!
  • Dope game at first…

Super intuitive, loads and loads of fun figuring out how to get the best teams to progress through the game, until you start mining for resources and start getting blown up…consistently by more powerful players with no protection from said players…it was fun while it lasted though.
