    Im trying to sign up and its saying my date of birth is invalid. Ive tried multiple different dates now,It wont work.

    I had recent bad experience due to the difficulty of effective exchange function on the Nike app. By design the exchange button on the app gets me a phone number to call. Luckily I got connected to a real person (later I learned how magically this was). The person was very helpful and told me the size that I need has plenty in stock and will take a little long to ship to me due to exchange situation, about two weeks. Same time she helped created a return label for me. It took more than two weeks that the new shoes did not arrive. And I thought it might be because the return did not get sent. I sent back the return and waited for another 1.5 weeks and with a few unsuccessful calls ( same number via the same app button but only robots), still nothing arrived. I managed to call again and spent extra time and tricks, finally get to talk to some real human beings. However, the person was only telling me that because I did not respond in a chat box so the exchange was not arranged. I DID NOT know that I have to do a chat box after o talked and confirmed with a real person on a call. If that’s the case, why I have to be directed to a call instead of initiating an exchange on my phone with the app or just some chat box from the beginning? And the person I talked this time was not helpful and quite arrogant as well - all he was saying is that the chat box record he had showed me not completing the process. But my question is how much they want a customer to know their weird process to be an expert to follow up their procedures, if the customer even did not get the notice? I used to love using apps for shopping as they are convenient and easy to track but not this one. If it’s deemed necessary to proceed with a call as requested by the app, why it comes back as the record that only Nike rep can see for customer to fill a chat box? Is it for the convenience of customers or for Nike?

    False advertisement, false discounts. I’m very disappointed about this business and chat bot representative customer service. I recently created account and got as a reward 15% off for any purchase over 100$. And for the first purchase, that was 115$, i was unable to use my reward which should be automatically applied at my first purchase. So I started a chat bot for more info how to apply- and got very rude conversation with Keith, who quite before I asked my second question. So I didn’t get any resolve and answers for my questions. Even simply saying goodbye.

    I swear the Nike app pisses me off. I searched up women’s shoes. It shows me only men’s shoes that I think are cute but I can’t get because they’re in men’s sizes. Do better Nike like that just pisses me off personally I wouldn’t because it makes me want to fight my phone. I already threw my phone three times. I’m about to throw it for the fourth time like it makes me so mad

    It deserves one star. Don’t get me wrong I like Nike but when you go to download it the app says ages 4+ but I’m 12 and they said I’m to young. That is so dumb.
