Racist Store
1By TBH_IMOIn my opinion, it seems racist that the nike has still not released the world cup jerseys for Türkiye on their store. The jerseys for other countries are available to buy, yet this one still says Coming Soon. There are only two weeks left until the tournament begins, and this is very unprofessional. FIFA should revoke their licensing to make world cup jerseys because of this suspicious behavior. -
Glue etc, App quality, Releases
2By Flt2190These shoes are great and also pretty expensive. Lately any type of nike shoe I purchase has some type of glue swipe or defect, blemish, etc. Quality control and production needs work. The app regularly crashes or freezes, and notifies you of items back in stock that are not on your favorites list. Update: New releases, if a shoe or slide is in high demand like the nike mind series why not mass produce them like all the rest of the shoes/slides? Also, you have bots that buy out all the product in less than one minute which makes for an extremely poor customer experience. Not doing enough to stop bots. Update: the estimated delivery dates are incorrect half of the time, shipments are not going out on time. Why even provide an estimate anymore? -

Absurd Security Rules
1By KR8201First off: 1 Star for having no support email to submit this. Forcing chat with someone in a call center is not better. Now the issue: Stop forcing us to do two factor authentication just to log into your app. It’s a shoe app. It doesn’t need extra layers of security. When I select the option to “use password”, it still makes retrieve an email code after entering my password. What’s the point of the password option if you still force two factor authentication? I don’t care if it’s a new device or not. Stop this. You’re a sock app. Not JP MORGAN CHASE Bank. -
