    Dear NRC This App has worked very well for me over the past years as a cross country runner. This app makes it easier to see my splits and is easy to use. I would rate this App a one star, but there’s only one complaint I have. My runs don’t transfer from my watch to my phone very easily. If there is something you could do about that it would be greatly appreciated. -Thanks

    I have had so many issues with importing runs from my watch. So much so that I have lost the data and had to go back and input the data manually. I love the app when it works but this is very frustrating.

    This app was such a game changer for me after I finished a couch to 5k program. The guided runs, tracking, challenges and everything help keep me motivated. The only thing I think would make it better is to have more content for actual beginners, like couch to 5k or other guided runs for those who aren’t able to do without walking intervals yet.

    The app is great showing every variable and statistic you would want to see. The only complaint I have is user moderation. There are challenges within the app to compete with friends and other users but of course there are people that have to cheat in order to feel good about themselves on these leaderboards. There are a few that are average close to and some over 100 miles a day… let’s be realistic here…

    The watch companion to this app is horrible. It syncs in and out of my AirPods. It will break down randomly so I don’t know when a new interval starts. Don’t recommend
  • Loses data

    Been using this app for years and I’m an avid runner. Overall it works very well but I would say that over the past 5 + years I have all of sudden just lost recent run data on watch app for no reason and it’s frustrating. Yesterday it showed 12 runs for the month and this morning no runs for the month. The watch app also doesn’t always quickly synch or update with phone app so when I lose run data on watch app, I often lose a week or more of data that is not saved on phone app. This has happened maybe 6-8 times during the past 5-6 years so not often but its annoying when it does happen. Yes u can always manually add that lost data into the phone app but u need to remember the days u ran, the mileage of each run and the duration.

    This app is horrible. I’m a big Nike fan too, so very disappointing. For no known reason to me, my runs will just disappear and it’ll show 0 runs for the month. Extremely frustrating
