Payed for premium but unable to access anything, any help please????

Bustr is an amazing app!

While I know online dating can be a crapshoot I never expected to have issues with the app itself. Something went wrong this morning and I couldn’t access the app. So I waited a bit to try again and what did I find my account gone. And then tell me my account expired when I wasn’t due to renew till July and when I went to my subscription it said it was expired it was June when it’s clearly still may and now I go for app support and it say page not found!! I DONT APPRECIATE BEING STOLEN FROM!!! I Hope you sit on a thumbtack
