Easy to work with and clock in and out

This app has gotten horrible as of late. Seems like it doesn’t refresh without having to force it close several times. When you do get into the app, you have to wait for it to actually refresh or go from function to function. The version upkeep only mentions “fixed bugs and light housekeeping” every other week. It needs to be fixed for as just much as it costs monthly to use the service.

I’ve had this software for over 10 years. The quality of this program has diminished since QuickBooks has purchased it.

I can not even begin to explain how poorly developed this application is. I us a iPhone 12 with IOS version 17.4.1 (completely up to date) If I click on a timesheet to modify or if I honestly click anything I will literally wait for 3-5 seconds before it responds. The application is also up to date on my phone (honestly not sure how this application has the positive reviews it does) This application has great features and a lot of potential but runs way too slow and is not user friendly. I have never in my life used an app this bad. Nor have I ever felt so strongly about an app that I needed to leave a review. Would not recommend to anyone ever feels like a beta…

timesheet record is very straightforward and easy to use

Shouldn’t have to upgrade equipment to use your apps.

This app has my biweekly income however the monthly income is NOT CORRECT AND I HAVE NO WAY TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY REGARDING THIS. Several chats end with INTUIT EMPLOYEES STATING " THIS IS NOT MY AREA" WAITING FOR A RESPONSE VIA EMAIL FOR OVER A WEEK😡

This is the worst application I have ever used time charts are always off. It’s always freezing up. It makes it impossible to clock out. Sometimes this app is completely garbage. It’s some amateur hour nonsense and it’s a great way to be underpaid or overpaid. There’s always some kind of problem, highly unrecommended if you want to run your business professionally

Convenient app. Developers quickly fixed a bug in a previous release.
