  • Was worthwhile until the subscription price went THRU THE ROOF!!

Any app that increases the annual subscription to over 6X the previous amount deserves to have loyal subscribers abandon ship. Absolutely ridiculous. Subscription canceled.
  • Bending Spoons 5-star Leakers with 190% price increase.

I’ve read the contract and TOA. Social engineering. Bending Spoons wants $80 to send your information and behaviors to their (or all) third-party for their financial interests, not yours. They are violating HIPPA. Double dipping, 190% price increase. This is a popular app. It’s probably already been compromised. Bending Spoons will not tell you if your information or who has it, they don’t know for sure. That means they don’t have control over this app and your intimate information. Clime and Bending Spoons is an appropriate marketing communications name, not to be confused with NOAA. The original app I had 4 years ago was far better. This app has regressed too far. Apples built in app works fine.
  • CLIME app is broken.

This app is broken. When I tough the arrow, to start the radar moving image, I get the weather report for place underneath that arrow. When I then touch my location, the moving radar image stops. This started relatively recently. A longer-term problem has been that when rain was falling right on me, the radar image showed no rain in the area. Now, to sort-out how to stop payments going to this fraudulent app developer. Edited to add: Well, apparently, this did not get through, the first time. UPDATE, Alril 18th, 2024; this app is still broken. Surrounded by obvious thunderstorm activity, this app is BLIND to it.
  • Deceiving subscription process

Just wanting to watch the weather since I’m outside of tornado siren areas. Immediately duped in to a one week subscription for $4.99. Are you kidding me? Run away.
  • I’m very disappointed in the latest update

How can I trust a weather app that thinks sunset is at 1:11 pm and sunrise is at 11:29pm in Branson, MO on April 17th, 2024? This has always been my go to weather app - so much so that I pay for the subscription - but with obvious garbage like this I guess I’m going to have to find another app.

  • Deceptive

This is not a free app there is no free version it is subscription only so just a heads up. They should just be upfront and honest about pricing very deceptive and manipulative. If It’s subscription only then just say it not that difficult. Save yourself the trouble there are better options out there without the deception.
  • Good app, price increase is unacceptable

A 6x price increase for an app using publicly available data is bonkers. Do you guys think you’re AccuWeather? it has been good to have this app and the Pro features, but bye.

I wish I could trust this app it says it is clear and it is actually raining you would think if you pay for it it would be some what accurate
  • Not worth the cost

This used to be my go-to weather app but since switching to iPhone it’s never worked right. The widget constantly gets stuck in the past or old locations. I regularly have to go into settings, change the location setting to something else, then back to “while using app or widget”, give it a minute to think about what it’s done, and then it finally figures out where I am. I mean, whenever I go to work it thinks I’m in France! And no, I don’t commute to France for work. I can’t get a quick glance at the forecast, the app itself hasn’t been all that accurate, and with the subscription fee jumping so much this simply isn’t worth it. I’ve installed/reinstalled several times only to have to reset all my preferences and then guess what? It doesn’t know where I am or what time it is. I’ve sent in requests to the devs multiple times for this issue only to have the same suggestions (uninstall/reinstall, check location settings) suggested. It’s bad for $30, atrocious for $80.
