  • Didnt work charged me 59.99

    By Mynameisjustincantbetaken
I have all the documentation via email when I originally attempted to install the app. It did not work. I gave up on it and was charge randomly a month later! Terrible support!!
  • This garbage app HIDES the fact you have to PAY for it.

    By yoyoyo214!
Reported for not mentioning in app purchases. Otherwise this app is unusable. Who needs this kind of shady business practice?
  • Not transparent - they want you info first before telling you there plans

    By notafan of there procedure
I don’t like how they want my information first (email and phone number) and then tell me my options are (trail, monthly, or yearly subscription). I’m looking for a free app and don’t want to give you my information for no reason.
  • Cancelled, prior to last Nov, ‘23 just charged 2024

    By Outdoor Janitor
Awkward ro use. Suddenly too expensive at $60 a year, and now, though I cancelled months ago and it e expired Nov18, 2023, I was just charged Jan 2024 64(+) but the expiration date still says Nov 18, 2023: and that I had cancelled my subscription. You know Moses law said theft should be repaid from 2x to 5x to the victim. I bet you’d be more careful, huh? —ans this review screen has me typing black on a slate grey background so only spell check is allowing me to see what I typed… perhaps you don’t really want reviews after all, just money?
  • Didint even let me in unless buying premium so annoying..!!!!

    By Jays phone
Didint let me go in was waiting to download finally let me in and didint let me in untile a bught premium
  • I can’t upload even though I paid

    By S Luterman
For some reason, my uploads have been capped suddenly. It says they will renew on November 2023, which is last year. Support is not responding. I need to upload recordings to do my job. This is a disaster. I hate this app and the people who make it so much. They never respond and something is always wrong with it. I hope Otter adds call integration so I can just delete it.

  • It’s a scam

    By lukasimus
I don’t recommend installing this app. The “merge calls” option theoretically allowing to record calls simply doesn’t work. When you tap the button, nothing happens. And they don’t allow you to test it - money first! So I, being a journalist, failed to record an important interview and lost spent $10 for an app which doesn’t work. Don’t repeat my mistake folks.
  • Recordings

    By Papi Chocolito
You can’t edit the recordings. So to play back or you would have to listen to the whole entire audio. This should of been a no brainer to have add it.
