The minimum allowed number is zero (0) and the maximum allowed number is ninety-nine (99). 2. Calm background music that can be switched off in settings if needed. 3. Works offline, no-wi-fi. I tried to create a Random Number Generator that stands out from the crowd and can be used as a toy also.
