I purchased the $20 point pack where you’re supposed to get like 680 points everyday & I haven’t gotten any and I’ve had it almost a whole month. In order to contact support you also have to download a whole different app which is stupid because if the purchases aren’t working properly you shouldn’t allow them to be made.

Could someone please explain how to redeem the points acquired by reading. There is no instructions stating how to use them, or what they’re even earned for.

I just downloaded this app to read a book I saw advertised… I made a $4.99 purchase and they charged me $16. Went to customer service to resolve the issue and I have to download another app to get things sorted…. Not great.

i have one issue with this app. the bonus and points system. it says you will get rewards at random. basically u can get 5 of each or up to 20 bonus and 225 points. or only one can be earned. i feel like a person should at the MINIMUM earn at least enough for a chapter for a book. some people can’t afford 5$-20$
