For some reason when I do my KYC the app says my face is already been used in the app. This is not true!

You know I’m scrolling, reading peoples reviews and seeing what the devs have to say about em and there’s a huge thing I realized about this apps KYC. So devs knowing that there’s an issue with KYC process capability of supposed “to many KYC applications” coming in at once and yet you devs still charge us 5 ATH when you literally admitted that it’s your guys system that’s glitching and screwing up! And yet your telling the very people that’s tryin to bring up this project to keep tryin KNOWING THAT ITS GOING TO FAIL. I mean you might as well say your scamming us. We shouldn’t have to keep paying for something that isn’t even our fault! Unbelievable

Why do I have to update the app almost every week? When I open the app it’s says a new version is available. I proceed to update the app and some days later it says the same app has a new version and needs update🤷‍♀️
