I loved Nerva and was hoping to find a similar program for friends with anxiety or grief or aging. I tried CLARIA for several days and found it totally lacking. I would like to encourage the Nerva staff to create a program just like Nerva - same speaker, same everything - just omitting the gut info and substituting it with appreciate focus on mental health, anxiety, life's challenges, etc.

Nerva was so incredibly helpful for stress/digestive health and I was really hoping this would have a similar structure/ flow. I would look forward to Nerva like my mind/body craved it! This is just like a motivational speaker on recorded tracks. I’m sure the language is very intentional and I’ll continue to give this a go, but don’t find it super supportive just yet.
