I don’t know if it’s a glitch in the system, but almost half the profiles don’t have photos. On the Have You Met page, you can’t view their profile unless you start conversation or send a smile. You get a message that someone is interested in you, then you can’t find their profile.

Do not waste your money on this app… The helpdesk is useless… Three days after signing up the app still does not work… I cannot message anybody and the smiles doesn’t work and I have returned to meeting people, but it’s frustrating because I cannot message them back. the contact helpdesk is useless… Do not waste your money on this app It is now May 15, 2024… They fist it after two weeks and now it is not working again. Says I do not have an account… I signed up for six months… Filled out the contact form… Please do not waste your money on this app.

Sadly this app has been a giant disappointment. That said, what is more troubling is the lack of customer support. Two messages sent through their contact page have gone without a response. Thankfully I was able to cancel my subscription. Is there a rating below one star?

When I joined SS I had high expectations. Today is my 3rd day here. There have been a few women that I wanted to send a note to. Each time I hit send I get a message that my note failed. That’s it, no help or suggestion on what I should do next.Your website is the face of your company & I would think you want to make a good impression. Fix the situation or lose another customer.

Hard to navigate

This is not bad, but would be greatly improved by allowing one to sort based on political beliefs and being able to block certain phrases. (Snuggle, cuddle - just terms for sex, really).

They blocked my ability to contact people for no reason. Then they requested my passport information once I contacted them about my inability to message people. I am worried that they are a scamming German owned dating site.

I just joined this website today and became a member. Many men are excellent. I want to get to know them better, but they didn’t reply. Are these men real people or just pictures? It’s a bit strange🤔

I joined Silver Singles with high hopes. It has been very disappointing for me. I do consider myself an attractive, inelligwnt and fit woman. The men I respond to NEVER reply back— I feel it’s an insecurity thing on their part. The site does not follow your signup needs/parameters. I get sent pics of men from CT, RI etc and I live in MA. If it was great at one point, it no longer is now.
