    One of two things is going on here. Either it is just a complete lie and they’re trying to get more money from you or the application is so poorly written that it can’t be fixed. I am subscribed and paid for a 28 day challenge and I can’t get past the third day because it wants me to sign up for another $12 subscription. I’ve submitted emails to the company and got no response. This application should be removed.

    While these are easy and safe for older (and out of shape) folks, they focus more on shoulder and arm so far. I even bought a yoga mat for more ab focused workouts. Coming soon? And the AI bot reading needs training… in one instruction pronounces tai chi differently; mispronounced “hug”
