Looks good on the surface but on day 2 it forces you to subscribe. I don’t care for this dishonest approach. Say it up front so we can make choices. Deleted the app.

These workouts combines with my aqua Zumba and aqua Aerobics give me a great workout! I love that I can do these at home at any time of the day, regardless of weather or schedules.

Good stretching

The stretching is great. Sometimes the instructions are off timing at times. You get instructions after you have started the exercise

I like the format.

I chose chair and standing to alternate workouts. I like given the option to extend a move or lessen the degree of the move depending on my ability. I love the woman who demonstrates. Nice smile and non threatening appearance and body type.
