I got an yearly subscription because of a deal. I wanted to switch over after my previous shot tracking app PAR Golf rebranded and hiked price ridiculously. But in a couple of rounds I have played, auto shot tracking has not worked. It makes me have to put the scores in before I can switch over to the next hole which often times I dont want to do in middle of play. Totally possible I’m messing things up trying to rush things but would be great if at least I could see all the places I took a swing at during my round.

GolfLogix user since 2011, April 2023 update is a step back. Now have 2 rounds with GolfShot. My needs are pretty basic. Par, hole length, front middle back of green. Pleasantly surprised with ease, look at watch, there are the distances. Distances were accurate, playing partner was using range finder, and cart GPS was within a couple of yards plus or minus. After putting out turn crown to score and putts. Synced well with phone. Many other features have not tried. Has the basics down well.

In general, I like the app a lot. However, recently I noticed that several times during a round the app will skip a hole when hitting Next after saving a hole. This is very frustrating and had more than a couple scoring errors that I then have to correct

Last year wasn’t good for me I got sick and missed most of the golf season. This year I hope to be much better. I’ve noticed this year I have a significant loss of weight and distance from all my clubs. To I’ll write another review after this season with an update of my use of this app. Jb Dock.

I started with high hopes. But almost nothing worked. Now I'll see how customer service is.

I love this golf application. 1. Doesn’t wear down my phone battery thru 18 holes. 2. Yardage was accurate according to my Vortex range finder. 3. The note pad is useful. 4. Club recommendations accurate. 5. I would strongly recommend to friends.

The app overall is amazing, super intuitive, great UI and very friendly when at the golf course (the connectivity with the apple watch works seamlessly). But there is something that I think that is missing: You can track shots with your phone with the push of a button, but why don’t enable that on the apple watch too? It just makes sense… most golfers (specially those who walk) carry their phones in their bag or in the push cart somewhere, and having the phone in their pocket is just uncomfortable… It would be an amazing addition to have that feature in the watch as one of the faces you now show when playing, it can be a 3 screen to the left even, so you have: left screen track shot, middle screen yardage and outline of the hole and right screen scoring. Really guys, great work but that is a feature that is missing to get a 5/5. Keep the good work!

After the last update my golf course is wrong I’m in moss creek golf course in hilton head SC we have two courses one north the other devils elbow south after the update it now reads devils elbow north and the course map is messed up Please fix I’ve use this app for years and love it Thanks

The app is average at best but they make it nearly impossible to cancel your subscription. They increase the rate and hide the ability to have you cancel. I tried cancelling before the auto renewal and wasn’t able to because the site would error out. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
