The company updated the app and now you can’t see the millage on the vehicle services. Bad move.

This app provides an awesome opportunity to organize and maintain your maintenance records for your car. Helps to remind you when services are due as well. The interface is very easy to interact with.

It’s great to have a tracker for all my car maintenance that sends reminders. The issue I have is that it slows my phone way down every time I open it.

Repeatedly unable to log in, after having used for several years to track maintenance and keep electronic service records and receipts. It’s very upsetting to have apparently lost all of these records, after assuming that they would always be available. Hoping that CARFAX will allow users to download data.

Started as great app and I loved it until some bright mind came up with an idea to force track maintenance schedule, and this person probably doesn’t have a car. Now I always have a red reminder on most of my cars even though the maintenance date is more than 6 month away. Why maintenance is not aligned with oil change intervals? Why schedule maintenance reminders cannot be configured or tuned off if I don’t need them? For god sale, most cars have service schedules coded in their systems. The app support doesn’t exist. The company only responsive to record corrections requests but doesn’t seem to care about the app feedback.

A few years ago, I stopped receiving alerts from the MVD about tag renewals. This app reminded me it was time to renew before I got a ticket! Also keeps track of services and maintenance. Pretty cool!

Functionally, the app is very good. Some bugs but nothing that can’t be overcome. But the customer service team needs help. I have contacted them several times about getting data corrected that a shop put in incorrectly or for issues with service reminders not picking up the fact that the service is done. Their first reaction is not to help but to tell you you’re doing something wrong. Or they ask questions that make it clear they have no idea how the app works. Very frustrating.

I really thought this app would help me keep on top of my car maintenance schedule and keep a history too. BUT since my mechanic doesn’t participate, I can’t add the maintenance records with their name attached. Off to find another option.

Had to start over from scratch twice with years worth of data lost!! Moving on to another app that doesn’t screw it’s users over!
