Fix it please, I like this app the most :(

The app has been unusable for 4 days now saying, “you’re offline, we couldn’t find items matching you search.” I have tried contacting support and have gotten no response. Ridiculous to be charging people when the app is down. Canceled my subscription.

Every time I open the app, it says it is not connected and offline Makes me really upset cause I was going to pay for this app.

The app has a bug for the last two days, but when I go to enter food, it says I am off-line. But I’m not off-line.

I tried setting a meal but it states I’m “Off Line” even though I was right next to the router

I liked this app a lot because it helped me losing about 7 lbs, although it was for study. I kept the app even my study case was closed. But it suddenly went “offline” today. I tried everything I could, I’m still “offline”. Seriously? My data and Wi-Fi are functioning, I can do anything with them but to log my meals.🙃I also checked if I allowed all the access. Yes, I did. I donno what happened there.🙃

Purchased lifetime access to this app before all the updates. Now company will not HONOR the lifetime app purchase. Other apps that I purchased lifetime access to, continue to allow full access to their premium benefits even though they turned into a subscription service. Super shady.

I got this app in May 2023. I love it. It helped me lose 13 lbs. I like everything about it. Lots listed in their food database, so finding foods is easy. The app has great tracking of calories, exercise, weight, etc. 3 weeks ago my account suddenly wasn’t there. Breakfast it was there, by lunch I was being asked to get started creating an account, but I already have one. I have emailed them multiple times each week asking about fixing this. I get a response that they are looking into it. I bought the year subscription, that renews May 2024. So far I’m not going to get a year’s subscription because I haven’t been able to use the app for 3 weeks. I have 2 stars for this reason. I’m wondering if they care about subscribers, they have my money so check me off. I feel they should let me know what’s going on (beyond we will have our tech team look at this, it will take some time) and correct this issue. I’m very disappointed. I’ll report again when/if this gets fixed.
