I attempted to cancel my plan on my account, calling directly and using the virtual chat and was unsuccessful at all three. I know how to navigate these kind of things and it was very frustrating how difficult it is to cancel this subscription.

My son downloaded Zoom and they didn’t mention that after 30 days they will charge $159.99 per year. That’s not right. They should tell you upfront if there’s any cost for the app
