Shopper doesn’t deserve tip. She left at door step and left! I’m disabled walk with a walker and don’t wish to use Instacart anymore!!!!!

I used and use Instacart regularly and I am still able to use it on my PC and on my iPad but this app keeps failing on my iPhone. It keeps giving me an error message. It will not allow me to log out. I have to swipe the screen uninstall it reinstall it. It works for five minutes and then then goes on error status again so I have no idea what the developers did here with the app but it’s not usable on my phone

The app itself is fine. I like how if I really need I can have something delivered. I think it’s wild service fee and delivery fee and then a tip is expected. So your looking at $12 in fees before tip..

I have used Instacart before, but now it’s a total of three times where the person steals my groceries and I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get my money back. People are stealing from people that don’t have anything yet. They don’t get no consequences well now I gotta find a ride to get groceries for my kids, completely getting off of here it’s not worth it

I had recently canceled an order a day before and it said they would give me my money back. I checked my bank account and it said it was pending. I checked again the next morning and the “pending” request was not there anymore but when I go back and check my canceled items are still there. Please fix this.

I've used Instacart since Covid and love the convience. Enough to pay the ballooned prices and fees. However in the last 6 months it's gone so far downhill. 1. I choose refund instead of any replacements because I shop by PRICE. I watch the app while the shopper is shopping and they always substitute with something dollars more rather than refund. The excuse? Many shoppers like this substitute. What? I take the time to choose refund and they take liberties with my money. 2. Never get priority. It's $3 and they'll say it's late and give themselves an extra hour window before refunding you. 3. Customer service is a nightmare. The convience no longer outweighs the price. Deleting the app.

I’ve had poor experiences with Instacart in the past. Poor customer service, late deliveries, and delivery drivers that don’t look like the the people in their profile. If you are a dog owner, AVOID THIS SERVICE!

The app used to work with Dynamic Island. What happened!? My last 2 orders it hasn’t shown up.

Offer ability to remove items from Buy Again. Too many Buy Again items and list grows every time you do a one-off shop or try an item. Need ability to clean the list from items no longer wanted in it. Search function is terrible, results contain tons of unrelated items. Your matching item might not even appear until a few other items down. Might as well not bother searching. Please work on making search results more relevant. Thanks!

“Free” isn’t free. Like DoorDash, Instacart marks up the price of the items you purchase. And don’t bother picking substitutions, because the shoppers don’t use them. The chat function is completely useless. After my order receipt was wrong, I logged into App’s customer service to be told “just go pick up the wrong order and deal with it later.” HOT GARBAGE! I’m sorry Aldi, but get your own pickup service like Walmart and Kroger - I’ll be shopping there until then.
