    I have been a customer of Big Fish Casino for quite some time, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing, prompting me to share my concerns with others considering this platform. First and foremost, the company's business practices are highly questionable. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns raised by customers, Big Fish Casino's customer service team seems intent on gaslighting its users. They dismiss issues as non-existent or try to convince customers that nothing shady is happening, even when it's painfully obvious that something is amiss. Moreover, the number of glitches on this platform is astounding. These glitches not only disrupt gameplay but also cost customers real money. What's worse is that despite numerous reports from users, these issues seem to go unresolved indefinitely. This lack of accountability is simply unacceptable. Let's talk about the win/loss ratios. It's apparent that the odds are stacked against the players. The chances of winning anything substantial are abysmally low, and this pattern never seems to improve. This setup feels exploitative and leaves a bitter taste in the mouth of any player hoping for fair gameplay. Lastly, the customer service at Big Fish Casino is abysmal. They are unresponsive, dismissive, and outright rude. Dealing with them is a frustrating experience, and it's clear that they have no interest in actually assisting customers or resolving issues. In summary, my experience with Big Fish Casino has been marked by unethical business practices, unresolved technical issues, and a dismal customer service experience. I cannot recommend this platform to anyone and urge others to consider alternative options for their online gaming needs. Save your time and money—steer clear of Big Fish Casino.

    I’ve been playing this game for months and I want anyone that is remotely interested to stay far away from this soulless money grab of a game. 1) As your level goes up so does the chip cost to complete the side missions; not based on your total chip count. What this means is that at around lvl 200 some of these games can cost nearly 60-100B in spent chips to complete. I can’t speak for the majority of players but I have yet to complete more than one because of the astronomical chip cost. The only way to gain more chips? Either get extremely lucky (more on that in a second) or go buy more chips which you then have to spend to attempt to complete the mission. 2) Hey, at least you get free crates from roles of varying worth. No so quick because just like the above mentioned side games, the levels that you are rewarded crates last creeps up with your level. So at lvl 200 and rolling 5M bets I’m still seeing basic level crates dropping. Unacceptable. 3) Squatters! Found a room you like with scatters that reward everyone but also split up your win with everyone in the room? Well you will not like it for much longer because those same turds are sitting and rolling only enough to keep themselves in the room and they are doing so with minimum bets. Basically they are reaping your rewards and screwing you over with ZERO repercussions. Hey BF, institute an automatic roll system that forces everyone in the room to roll AND base the bets off of a 15% of total chip count system. Problem solved! 4) Once you start buying chips I am almost certain your losses instantly start going up? Why do I say this? Personal experience with this game tells me something is off. The cost of CHIPS IS INSANE! And why would they reward people that are willing to spend money when they can punish them and force them to purchase more. But they are choosing to spend money to buy chips?!?! Correct but everything in this game is based on how often you can roll and what your bets look like. Don’t have a large pool of chips? You will never win a tournament because players with 50B chips can roll in and simply out bet you. Also, go read the first point. 5) Lastly, I have watched the game “glitch” when it was going to reward me with a grand win and immediately almost “blink” to something other than what I needed. As in, in stops on what I need for a split second and literally blinks to the next tile. Where’s the proof? Why I have recorded hours of video the chances of getting either a Major or Grand win are insanely low and I would need to record every second of the game which I simply cannot do. Also, the developers will offer a “deal” on chip combos that will include free roles. I have had multiple issues with purchasing these packs only to loss two-three roles due to some sort of system issue. When I reached out to the company after the second time they basically said “you got all of your rolls because here are you wins” which is a lot like saying “I didnt steal from you because you still have some of your stuff”. Again, there is some shady stuff going on. In the end, I do enjoy the social aspect of this game but I’m tired of fighting g what feels like an uphill battle to win. I’ve tried different strategies, varying bet totals and nothing changes. And for a company that charges as much as the scam artists are for some of this stuff and literally pay NOTIING OUT the fun to win to cost value is severely out of balance! Stay Away!

    Greedy game. EVERYONE loses. Everyone is in a bad mood. Same thing everyday. You’ll hit big once in a while but the losses will always be 10x more. If it wasn’t for my attachment with my club, I don’t think I can play this anymore. This isn’t even a game anymore, just a scam. If you have mental disorders, such as depression or compulsive behavior, STAY AWAY. DON’T SPEND MONEY ON THIS. YOU WILL LOSE IT.

    I’ve bought numerous chip packages and piggy bank packages and occasionally it will let you win and you can get up to 30-40 billion and then Big Fish will take them all back at some point, longest run I had staying in billions was about a week on average, but this app is designed to make you lose, the developers are smart, it’s a money making machine!! However I do enjoy playing, it’s an fun app, just hard to win!

    This has happened numerous times where big fish will charge duplicate charges to my credit card on file with Apple! Today my card was charged for $200 and I received nothing! Biggest scam app I’ve ever seen! Highly recommend any app other than big fish! They have stole well over $1000 from me and I will be looking into legal action if they don’t do the right thing and give me my money back!
