    I like how the messages are kept short and sweet but sometimes I could benefit from a few extra characters per message so I can get out a coherent thought.

    I signed up. Then, something happened where the screen only shows me the ‘Parent contact information’. I deleted the app hoping it would fix it. NOPE! The app doesn’t give me any other option except just an unskippable ‘Parent Contact Information’ page. I tried filling in my full name and phone number, but then I get “You’re not a parent.” What am I supposed to do?!

    This app crashes constantly. A reach will send a message and when you click the conversation it just continuously crashes and closes out. Happens on my wife and my wife’s phone. We’ve also asked other parents and it does the same.

    I wish we could use a different app. Remind should be set up so the parent has to input their child’s name. In the beginning of the school year I’m trying to figure who is who. Frustrating for teachers who are departmental and have more than 30 students. It’s also difficult for some parents to set up.

    I’m using this app to communicate with my students’ parents. It’s great because it is quick and easy. Plus my phone number is not given out. And bonus, you can see if the parent read the message! 😊Love REMIND!
