I have paid monthly for a subscription and haven’t utilized it compared to the money I’m spending, so I’m cancelling the monthly payment. They DELETE every purchase I’ve paid for. How odd. Can you imagine a bookstore taking back your books because you’re not on their mailing list anymore? I definitely don’t recommend using them.

Great connectivity and amazing to have a library in your pocket

I tried to contact the company to cancel my subscription, but received no response. Do not download this app, because you will not be able to cancel it without canceling your card, or closing your account.

Absolutely horrible. To start, when I signup up it was because I was searching for a book and they said they had it. Of course, once I signed up, it was not available. I had constant issues with the sound. Books would skip, or repeat or start double talking constantly. I would try to restart the book, exit the app and check to make sure there wasn’t an update and sometimes would have to uninstall and reinstall. When I reached out to their support it was a constant barrage of macros and pre defined content. Not actually listening or reading anything I said. Then would I would point this out, they would just start repeating their pre defined content and then telling me goodbye. When I asked for a refund, they told me to cancel (which could only be done on the site) and then they’d refund me. Gues what?! They didn’t! And then when I asked to speak to a manager, none was ever available and I should just email him. Expect, the only email they’d give was the regular help email that they monitored! So they would respond to me from that email. The app isn’t very good, and the support staff is horrid. There are better apps with better books.

Lathe o my reason this app is still up and running(for now) is because they steal the money straight from your account and when you AND the app I signed up through even told me I was RIGHt! I have proof, the app that’s much bigger than yours, has the proof but you still won’t give me my money back! 90 day free trial means you will for sure be paying because they charge your account one month i to your 3 month trial!

I am a freelance writer and recently tried Audiobooks because I wanted to be able to research while walking and doing rote tasks. When I went back to review my notes midway through the book, I found that over half of them had not been saved. The bookmarks were there, but my annotations, GONE. I limped along for the remainder of the book, taking screenshots of each and every note as I went. Also there is no export capability for notes. This is not the app for me.

You would think an app called Audible would be audible! So very sick of restarting my phone, over and over and over, every time volume goes wonky again (several times a day) and I can’t hear the darn thing. Seriously
