I have yet to have anything work on this app. The amount of hours the developers had to spend to make an app this terrible.

Every time I close the app, then come back and reopen it later the expenses I’ve just put in have disappeared. Looks like I’ll shop around for a better performing app.

One thing really annoying is app keep getting into spinning wheel and can’t get out, it will freeze till it get what it want, no way to cancel if I decided not to wait for that spinny wheel! Very annoying. I try to get my job done, the only way is to kill the app start all over again!!!

I have no way to sign back in, “concierge” does not respond to texts. Their trouble shooting info has a contact us link that simply reloads the same trouble shooting page that doesn’t provide any help. And I keep getting redirected to a page that says it’s authenticating my browser but it does no such thing. I need help and they’ve provide none and no way to contact them. I guess they’ll just keep my personal info and I’ll have to find a different app. Horrible experience!

The help side of this company is super sketch. No one to call or talk to.

Expensify has become a crucial part of running our numerous businesses. It’s so easy to separate expenses into different reports and then create pdf files at the end of each year for tax purposes. 5 stars!
