Dark Horse Comics

…by default. Comixology has sunk. The Dark Horse app is far superior now. Their content is always excellent. UPDATE: The Dark Horse Digital storefront is no more as of 2/24/2025. Now we have to go through other apps & storefronts to buy their comics. I feel like I want to rant on and on like when Amazon killed Comixology. Corporate mergers are inherently evil, fueled by greed. I enthusiastically rated this app 5 stars before. Now I don’t know how to rate it after this bad news. I just downloaded all my DH comics and hope I will be able to read them all for as long as I choose to…

I love the app but I’m sad to see it go. I really don’t want to lose all of my purchases. I’m super sad, but glad that it happened.

Shutting down app which results in all orders no longer being able to be read. Stealing money, least they can do is offer a refund or keep the app up with the store disabled

Paid for comics and now they are shutting down access.

I have spent hundreds or possibly thousands of dollars through this app. Dark Horse is removing all access to the comics purchased during summer 2025 with 0 compensation.

I’m sad to see the downloads for the comics stop.

Primarily use this app for The High Republic Adventures comic. Hate that there’s only pinch to zoom and no single panel swipe to view.

I love the app I’m reading berserk and I finally found a place to read it I’ve wanted to for so long it’s really easy to use and for buying the books it’s pretty cheap compared to a physical copy

With the amount of data this is collecting it should be able to do that.

Such a wonderful experience with this app / content. A trip down memory lane with some titles and excitement in exploring new creator series. Dark Horse, keep up the good work! Cheers, A fan of the medium.
