If you are going to deliver an earlier day than your expected date you should contact the customer, otherwise how about letting the customer select a ship date time frame . My wine will now sit in the fedex truck, hopefully it will not be spoiled.

No phone calls for Customer Support? This is a terrible idea. I have an order issue and want immediate response to my issue. Now I just sit and wait on Vivino to respond at their leisure? Unacceptable.

I used Vivino for regularly for years and loved it. I recommended it to all my wine drinking friends. Now recently there’s adds and features are subscription only. Shame on you Vivino! I know this review will change nothing but they lost me. I will no longer recommend. Now it’s such a pain to use that it’s not even worth it. Such a major disappointment. I honestly hope no one buys this subscription and delete this app in droves so developers learn to stop being so selfish.

This is a great App, I love using it! It would be great if it had an option to see what wines you’ve had in your cellar after they have been deleted, so you can keep track of your purchased wines!

My wife and I are enthusiasts…which is to say we know a bit, drink a lot of wine and have for years. Hands down vivino is the top wine app for scanning, selection and reviews. The wine adventures are terrific too (though we wish they’d come out with more). It’s worth your time. We’ve spent years with it.

Since your latest app update, I’ve given up on using it to scan wines for ratings and prices. I’ll wait a bit before deleting your app, in case it’s due to bugs. But I won’t wait long.

This app is very misleading at a certain point. There are too many wines out there with similar label/ same label with slightly different plot/estate. Sometimes it even show me a Pinot noir when I am holding a white in front of me . If is not precise enough to differentiate from even red and white, meanwhile scoring 4.8? shows how many people don’t really know what they are paying / looking for. Wine should be fun , people should explore just like you want to try new restaurants. Unless you eat the same fast food throughout your life.

The app is hard to navigate through all the ads they pushed to sell your wine. On top of that, the app hangs all the time it has to be closed out.

Coupon offers that don’t work - strike that, almost always don’t work - with false feedback ‘this coupon has already been used’. Wha?) Full screen 3rd party video ad (in a foreign language) interrupts your flow upon attempt to transact/checkout, and tapping out/ closing ad doesn’t work (had to hard close app). Just abandoned my case of wine transaction. No one does it better, if measuring how hard it is to go from email offer to purchase.
