    Often fails to load data and sometimes puts yesterday’s data into today. I wish tracking on the Website was still an option. It failed less often.

    I rely on this app but it constantly has issues. Right now I am not able to change an existing recipe. Why can't you fix it without breaking other things? I am paying for this app, but I find it extremely frustrating. It is a great app, but whomever is programming it is not testing it.

    When WW started it was based on servings. Then you went to a silly points system making it hard to watch and calculate calories. Finally with GLP medicine coming you went back to servings. Then for some reason you had to put points in to mess it up again. Go back to your roots. Wise up points don’t work. Balanced servings choices are better choice.

    The WW app not only makes it so easy to keep track of my daily points and weekly weigh ins, it’s also very helpful to store my favorite foods, recipes from WW & my own recipes that I create and the app points them out for me! It also helps while I’m grocery shopping by scanning bar codes on items to see the points per serving. This helps me decide if it would fit into my points allowance nicely.

    I have been on WW for three days and already I am having positive results. The point system is much better and easy to follow. I am enjoying the workshops.

    I refer to app to help me stay within points. The restaurant guide with points attached helps when eating out. The bar code tells me no. of points so I can decide whether to buy it or not. Connect is helpful with info about how others are dealing with weeks that are successful and some that are not as successful, but they keep going because things will start changing. I love the app, and I am more successful than previous times I joined WW. Have lost 30 lbs. since Nov. 1st 2017.

    I think that the meeting places were a wonderful place to connect and feel supported. I love it immensely! The App is well design and perfect to document our progress, but it is too “cold” and impersonal to form a bound with the program!

    Very good. I use it every day. I don’t write well right now, so it would be very difficult for me to write it on paper and very time-consuming. But also for people of who have problems with arthritis it’s wonderful to have this. I believe that’s the reason I’ve lost weight and kept my weight off. tracking is very important. We can’t really realize how many points we’re racking up from memory.
